These details are for (1) CSI Institutional Membership (IM) and/or (2) applying for Accredited CSI Student Wing.

CSI Institutional membership and CSI Student wing brings recognition by the accredited bodies, opportunity for networking with professionals, knowledge sharing through CSI Publications & Portal etc. It provides a huge, long lasting benefits of value to the institution, its management, faculty members and students.

Details of attachments:

1. Form I: application for Institutional (Academic) membership.

By applying the institute can nominate three of their faculty members as free nominees for CSI Membership;

One of the three nominees will become as a student branch coordinator.

Fees and bank details are available in the application.

Fee for Institution membership for one year/two/three and four years and above as long term membership with State Bank of India account details, for example if it is for four years CSI Institution membership, the fee is Rs.21,000/- plus GST @ 18% Rs.3,780/- and total is Rs. 24,780/- need to be paid along with application as DD or through Net Banking transaction.

2. Form III: application for starting a CSI accredited student wing (student branch).

Fee for one year/two/three and four years with Axis Bank account.

Payment can be made to CSI account or by net banking transaction; for example, for one student for four years the fee is Rs. 1100/-, out of this amount Rs. 750/- need to be sent to CSI and the balance 350/- need to be kept as activity grant at college for spending towards CSI programs.

(2a). FORM III – Bulk Upload Template : model sheet for preparing the student list those who have enrolled which need to be sent as soft copy along with the Form III

(2b). It is mandatory to maintain minimum strength of 75 student volunteers always then the institution is eligible to deduct Activity Grant.

PS:

1. 1. All the three nominees nominated by the college and all student volunteers who have joined will be provided with CSI ID cards.
   2. Institution Membership is mandatory to open a student branch.
   3. You can apply for both Institutional membership and for student wing simultaneously or first for Institutional membership then Student Branch 
   4. All forms duly filled with payment proof can be sent to the emails below as soft copies.
